 By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree with the following terms and conditions of CMaya Garden Resort:

· To guarantee your reservation, we require 50% Down Payment.

· CHECK-IN time is between: 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM; CHECK-OUT time: 12:00 NN 

· The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. A valid government-issued identification card together with the vaccination card must be presented upon check in. Must be 18 years of age or above to reserve or book a room.

· The resort will collect a Php500.00 Cash Deposit upon Check-in, per room, and will return upon Check-out if, there were no damage has been incurred or loss in the room and resort properties.

· Pets are not allowed inside the resort.

· NO grilling/ cooking inside the resort, we have a restaurant that caters breakfast, lunch & dinner for our guests, we also accept "Paluto" with extra charge. 

· We are a non-smoking establishment, we have a designated area for smoking cigarettes/vapes. 

· Alcoholic beverages are subject to 50% corkage fees. We require our guests to drink moderately.

· Bringing in outside foods & beverages like chips, biscuits, water & snacks are allowed in MINIMAL amount only. Large amount of foods or huge tray of foods is allowed but subject to corkage fees.

· CANCELLATION POLICY: 

•  All reservation/down payments are Non-Refundable. The Client/Guest is allowed to rebook the reservation at least 120 Hours (5 Days) prior to guest’s Check-in date and time, subject to room availability and rate with 1 Year validity from the reservation date, otherwise all reservation/down payments or 50% of the total amount of the booking (cost of room and per guest) will be forfeited and it will serve as the cancellation fee.
• Change of Room type is allowed at least 120 Hours (5 Days) prior to guest’s Check-in Date and time, but subject to room availability and rate. 
• Please note that any change/adjustment in the guest’s reservation/booking may change the rate and will require a charge or a fee.  The purpose of the charges or fees imposed serve as compensatory damages or as a way of recovering lost revenue. The resort won’t able to offer to other clients/guests inquiring about the room on the same date, since it is already been booked and provided to the guest the reserved accommodation/room.
• In case of Cancellation or No-Show of the guest, the reservation/down payment of 50% will be forfeited. If rooms were not occupied or the guest did not arrive within 12 hours from check-in time, No-Show will be applied, unless, a prior arrangement has been made. In case the guest arrives and checked-in 10 hours prior to the check-out time, the room rate for one night stay shall apply, and the booking for the remaining time shall remain valid. 
•  No cancellation fees for Unforeseeable Circumstances, like Act of God etc. that determined by the resort, re-bookable but non-refundable.

· In case of dispute, CMaya Garden Resort reserves the right to make the final decision.
